Our Story

At LEON, we're on a mission to make it easier for everyone to eat well and live well. Born from a simple question, "Why can't fast food be good food?" three friends set out in 2004 to revolutionise the fast food scene in London. Inspired by the Mediterranean diet, we crafted a menu with fresh, natural ingredients that are as good for the planet as they are for you.

With roots that stretch back to childhood memories of sunshine-soaked holidays and nostalgic fast food trips, our dishes celebrate the rich flavours and natural healthiness of Mediterranean cooking. We believe in the magic of fast food but with a wholesome and nutritious twist. Our menu changes with the seasons, packed with plants, good fats like nuts and seeds, and flavoured with fresh herbs and spices.

Our Food

We're committed to quality and source only the best ingredients for our menu.

When it comes to our food, you can expect a few things:

Fish and Seafood: Sourced from sustainable sources, our seafood complies with standards like the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).

Eggs and Dairy: We strive to use free-range eggs in all LEON products, and our milk is organic. We also offer organic plant-based dairy alternatives.

Fruit & Veg: Sourced from suppliers with accredited sustainable practices.

Sugars and Sweeteners: We minimise the use of refined sugars and opt for naturally occurring sweeteners such as honey, agave syrup, and coconut sugar.

Our Coffee

We're really proud of our coffee. We’ve made sure that we’ve used the best coffee beans we can. The best for flavour. The best for the farmer. The best for the environment. Triple certified: organic, Fairtrade and rainforest friendly.

LEON coffee doesn't just taste good. It does good too.

We buy our beans from Puro, trailblazers in the European coffee market. Together we work with the World Land Trust to buy and protect some of the world's most biologically distinct and threatened habitats.

Through this partnership, we have managed to save over 13 million sq ft of rainforest. With their help, we've bought and preserved an area of mountain forest in Western Peru called Leon de Montana.

Every cup you drink helps us save more ecologically essential and biologically diverse habitats. In fact, for every seven cups of coffee you drink, you save a square metre of rainforest.

Leaves a good taste, don't you agree?
